The Board of Directors defines and supervises the missions of SHERPAFINANCE SA. It validates and ensures the proper execution of the company's strategy by the General Management. It is composed of 3 directors who meet by any means whenever necessary.

Jean-André Ahipeaud AHIPEAUD
Jean-André is the Chairman and Managing Partner of J3A PARTNERS AM, parent company of SHERPAFINANCE SA. He is a business leader with over 20 years of proven international experience in Information Technology, Banking/Finance/Insurance, Strategy, Leadership, Alternative Investment Fund Management, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. He previously held several expert positions in major European banks and insurance companies. He is currently completing a double PhD in Business Administration specialized in Finance (Durham - UK / EMLyon - France) and holds an International Executive MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Leadership from HEC Paris, and a Master MIAGE from Paris Dauphine. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Babson College Massachusetts and is an alumnus of the Engineering Cycle in Modeling, Optimization, and Complexity from CNAM-2IE Paris. He is trilingual in French / English / Dida and possesses solid expertise in corporate management. Jean-André is an avid Martial Arts practitioner (4th DAN Taekwondo, 1st DAN Shotokan Karate, Judo Brown Belt, etc.). Besides combat sports, he practices Golf and enjoys playing Piano, Chess, and reading.
Adama OUATTARA
Adama is an experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in organizational process development, auditing, compliance, risk management, and strategic planning. For over two years, he has been with the National Steering Committee for Public-Private Partnerships (CNP-PPP) as Director of the Audit Department. Previously, he held several consultant positions with the African Development Bank (AfDB). He also managed various compliance and financial control projects at Société Générale, the Bank of France, and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in France. He holds an MBA from Booth (University of Chicago) and a Master's in Financial Engineering from the University of Savoie Mont Blanc in France. He is bilingual in French / English and has solid expertise in various financial tools.
Hervé Gerard YOH
Gérard has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, financial engineering, and financing solutions. He began his career at CDC-IXIS Asset Management in Paris in 2002 before joining the market activities of Société Générale France in 2003. From 2008-2013, at Société Générale New York, he served as VP-Head of market operations for Derivatives & Structured products and financing solutions. He was later Director - Global Head of Operational Risk & Conduct teams. In December 2023, he joined the FC & Phoenix group as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Phoenix Asset Management. Mr. YOH holds an Executive MBA from London Business School (LBS), a Master's in Finance from ISC Paris, and the D.E.S.C.F. He is bilingual in French / English.
