- Be of legal age (18 or older)
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Be the vehicle owner or have a legal mandate
- No current license suspension
- No DUI convictions in the last 5 years
- Maximum of 3 at-fault claims in the last 3 years
- Vehicle must be in good working condition and compliant
- Private use only (no professional transport of goods/passengers)

- Vehicle photos (front, back, side, and dashboard)
- Certificate of conformity
